The Best Places To Rock Climb In The World

My arms were unbelievably sore – with every stretch and pull I could feel the burning sensation in my forearms and biceps. I was only a teenager and I was climbing up an outdoor artificial rock climbing wall. This was my first time rock climbing, and even though I wanted to give up I pushed through, ignored the pain in my arms and focused my attention on where next to place my hands and feet. Even though I was surrounded by my peers and instructors – a few of them climbing on the other side of the artificial cliff but most of them on the ground waiting for their turn to tackle the wall, I was so focused on what I was doing that I felt as if it was just me and the rock. I finally got to the top, looked down and let out a loud WHOOO! I felt so victorious and as I sat back and repelled down I took in my accomplishment. Seconds before I felt like my arms were going to fall off but somehow now I felt great!
