My favourite US city to get my adventure on in is Colorado Springs. I love getting to explore Colorado Springs’ beautiful nature and enjoy the company of its friendly people. It is probably my favourite city in the whole world and if you haven’t been visited Colorado Springs yet you are going to want to add it to your bucket list.

One of my favourite places to explore while I am in Colorado Springs is the Garden of the Gods. The Garden of the Gods is a National Natural Landmark that is perfect for any adventure or nature lover. You can hike, bike, climb and segway through the beautiful red rock formations and you maybe lucky enough to see some wildlife.

During my last trip to Colorado Springs, I spent one afternoon enjoying the Garden of the Gods. I was alone sitting on the red rocks staring at a sea of green trees with the Rock Mountain landscape in the background. I breathed in and out and fully enjoyed the two minutes I had alone away from all the other tourists, in this one spot of Garden of the Gods. It was a breathtaking two minutes. Even though I had been to the Garden of the Gods many times before, I was still overwhelmed by the pure beauty of Colorado.
